Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Pricing Strategy Lead and specific brand / format teams to understand role of partnerships & affiliates now & in the future as part of brand & price proposition.
  • Manage and communicate ad campaigns with different supply partners.
  • Optimise relationships with current partners & ensure strong representation on platforms (e.g. Blue Light Card, AA), acting as a key point of contact day to day to drive transaction growth with optimal discount level.
  • Build fruitful partnerships with supply partners to improve and scale performance.
  • Find and onboard additional partners to grow the activity.
  • Analyze campaign results to create actionable insights in order to improve partnership performance.
  • Communicate results internally to share insights with other stakeholders in the company.
  • Attend trade shows and events to enable new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Partnership & affiliate expert in Greene King - continuously up to date on how partners are evolving, how competitors are using partners & affiliates and new partners available. Present opportunities to marketing teams support new customer acquisition.
  • Ensure partners uphold a high standard and adhere to advertising guidelines, and maintain positive representation of all Greene King (brands & formats) deals, offers and Ts and Cs.
  • Utilise full Greene King insight suite to measure impact of partnerships on customer metrics (new customer acquisition, frequency, transaction), market share and internal performance metrics.
  • Work with Analyst teams in Pricing, Digital & Division to understand specific KPIs (such as Return on Investment, Conversion Rates) and share with key stakeholders in an engaging and concise way.
  • Collaborate with Digital including Loyalty team to plan role of external partnerships alongside development of Greene King Loyalty programme and ensure complementary approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or business development, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking software), and performance-based marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
  • Likes to communicate with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Strong Office / Google Suite skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and drive performance improvements based on metrics.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, as well as a solid understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Understanding of KPIs related to advertising industry (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPI) is a plus.
  • Experience in the affiliate marketing or user acquisition space is a plus.
